About this tender
Wally 43 X - what we know.
The wallytender43X is the build we ask Wally for when the programme needs a 13.4m outboard platform that does not compromise on pace or presence. Where the inboard wallytender43 keeps its power below decks, the X variant mounts up to three outboards on a V-transom - and with the optional triple Mercury Racing V8 500R configuration, Wally's published top speed figure reaches 52 knots. That is a meaningful number for a boat carrying twelve people and 1,750 litres of fuel.
The hull itself is shared with the wallytender43: a deep-V form developed by Wally in collaboration with the Ferretti Group engineering department. Joystick controls, dynamic positioning, and autopilot are all standard fitment, which matters when you are manoeuvring alongside a swim platform in a swell. The walkaround centre cockpit gives crew a safe passage forward without disturbing guests on the foredeck sunlounge or under the sailcloth hard-top.
What separates the 43X from most outboard tenders of this length is the retention of the hydraulic passerelle, which doubles as a stern boarding ladder - an arrangement Wally notes is unique for an outboard model. Fold-down aft wings extend the entertaining deck, and the reconfigurable sunpad and sofa arrangement means the boat works as a family dayboat, a superyacht tender, or a resort shuttle without requiring re-outfitting between roles.
Below, there is a double berth cabin with natural air conditioning and a full bathroom including a separate walk-in shower. For a 13.4m outboard, that is a credible overnight or extended-day specification. Classification is CE Category B plus Coastal (F) from RINA S.p.A., which covers offshore and coastal passages in the conditions where this boat will realistically operate.
